1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of the CharaGo mobile application and the charago.app website ("CharaGo," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our app, website, and related services (the "Service"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@charago.app. By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and, where you share them, your name and profile picture. We create for you a user ID, a username (auto-generated at first, and changeable), and a display name.

Content you create

Character images and reference photos you upload; the photos and videos you capture or select for generation; your text prompts; character names, taglines, and bios; the AI videos and images generated for you; and your posts, comments, likes, reposts, follows, and collab requests. If you email support, we receive the contents of your message.

Purchase information

Your subscription plan, credit balance, and credit transaction history (grants, spends, refunds), together with store transaction identifiers processed through our subscription-management provider. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never receive or store your card details.

Device and technical information

A push-notification token (only if you enable notifications), your language/locale, app version, and error or crash reports that may include your device model, operating-system version, and technical logs. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

Website

If you join the waitlist on our website, we collect the email address you submit through a third-party form service. Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less traffic analytics that do not track you across sites.

3. How We Use Information

To provide the Service — creating and storing your characters, videos, and posts, and operating the community feed.
To generate your content. When you request a generation, your text prompt and the media you selected are shared with third-party AI generation providers solely to produce the video or image you asked for. Media is shared through time-limited links that expire shortly after the job completes.
Safety and moderation — automated screening (such as keyword filters), abuse prevention, and enforcing our Terms.
Payments and credit accounting — applying purchases, spending, and refunds to your balance.
Notifications you choose — render-complete alerts, collab requests, likes, comments, and similar, each controllable in the app's notification settings.
Support and service messages — responding to you and telling you about important changes to the Service.
Legal compliance — meeting our legal obligations and protecting our rights and our users.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising or ad profiling.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as described here:

Service providers (processors) — companies that help us run the Service, limited to what they need for their function: cloud hosting and storage; third-party AI generation providers (to fulfill your generation requests); subscription management; push-notification delivery; and error reporting. Providers process your content in order to deliver the feature you requested, and their processing is subject to their terms and policies.
Apple and Google — for sign-in and for billing, under their own terms and privacy policies.
Other users — content you make public (public characters, videos, and posts, together with your username, display name, and avatar) is visible to other users of the Service. Collab videos appear on all participating characters' profiles.
Legal and safety — where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, ourselves, or others (including reporting child sexual-abuse material to authorities).
Business transfers — if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of it; this Policy will continue to apply.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored; International Transfers

Your account data and content are stored on our cloud hosting provider's servers located in the United States. When you request a generation, your prompt and selected media may additionally be processed in other jurisdictions where our AI generation providers operate. Because our users are located around the world (including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Europe), this means your information is transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps designed to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

6. Retention and Deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual characters, videos, and posts in the app at any time. You can delete your entire account in the app (Me → Account) or by emailing support@charago.app; deletion removes your account data and content, except that (a) collab content may remain visible on other participants' profiles, (b) copies may persist in routine backups for a limited period, and (c) records we must keep by law (for example transaction records) are retained for the legally required period.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights in the app or by emailing support@charago.app; we will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

United States — depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, and port your personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Japan — under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), you may request disclosure, correction, cessation of use, or cessation of third-party provision of your retained personal data.
Korea — under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.
Taiwan — under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may inquire about, review, copy, supplement, correct, or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop processing it.
EEA / UK (where applicable) — we process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, and consent where required (for example push notifications). You have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

You can also control notification categories, character and video visibility (public/private), and your language in the app's settings.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you reside in Korea and are under 14, you may use the Service only with your legal guardian's consent. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child in violation of this Policy, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us at support@charago.app.

9. Security

We protect your information with measures including encryption in transit, private storage with access controls, and least-privilege access for our systems and providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please keep your Apple/Google account credentials safe.

10. Third-Party Links and Communities

The Service links to external communities and websites we do not operate — for example our Discord server. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice in the app or on the website reasonably in advance.

お客様が作成するコンテンツ

アップロードしたキャラクター画像・参照写真、生成のために撮影・選択した写真や動画、テキストプロンプト、キャラクターの名前・タグライン・プロフィール、お客様のために生成されたAI動画・画像、および投稿・コメント・いいね・リポスト・フォロー・コラボリクエスト。サポート宛にメールをいただいた場合は、その内容を受け取ります。

購入情報

サブスクリプションのプラン、クレジット残高、クレジット取引履歴（付与・消費・返還）、およびサブスクリプション管理プロバイダーを通じて処理されるストア取引識別子。決済はAppleまたはGoogleが処理します。当社がお客様のカード情報を受領・保存することは一切ありません。

デバイス・技術情報

プッシュ通知トークン（通知を有効にした場合のみ）、言語／ロケール、アプリのバージョン、およびデバイスのモデル・OSバージョン・技術ログを含むことがあるエラー／クラッシュレポート。アプリには広告SDKや第三者の分析SDKは一切含まれていません。正確な位置情報、連絡先、広告識別子は収集しません。

ウェブサイト

3. 情報の利用目的

本サービスの提供 — キャラクター・動画・投稿の作成と保存、コミュニティフィードの運営。
コンテンツの生成。生成をリクエストすると、テキストプロンプトと選択されたメディアが、お客様が依頼した動画・画像を生成する目的に限り、第三者のAI生成プロバイダーへ共有されます。メディアは、ジョブ完了後まもなく失効する有効期限付きリンクで共有されます。
安全とモデレーション — 自動審査（キーワードフィルター等）、不正利用の防止、利用規約の執行。
決済とクレジット管理 — 購入・消費・返還の残高への反映。
お客様が選択した通知 — 生成完了、コラボリクエスト、いいね、コメント等。各カテゴリはアプリの通知設定で管理できます。
サポートとサービスに関する連絡 — お問い合わせへの対応、本サービスの重要な変更のお知らせ。
法令遵守 — 法的義務の履行、当社およびユーザーの権利の保護。

当社はお客様の個人情報を販売せず、第三者広告や広告プロファイリングのために利用することもありません。

4. 情報の共有

当社は、以下に記載する場合に限り情報を共有します。

サービス提供者（委託先） — 本サービスの運営を支援する企業。各社の機能に必要な範囲に限定されます：クラウドホスティング・ストレージ、第三者AI生成プロバイダー（お客様の生成リクエストの履行のため）、サブスクリプション管理、プッシュ通知の配信、エラーレポート。プロバイダーは、お客様がリクエストした機能を提供するためにコンテンツを処理し、その処理は各社の規約とポリシーに従います。
AppleおよびGoogle — サインインと決済のため。各社の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
他のユーザー — お客様が公開したコンテンツ（公開キャラクター・動画・投稿、およびユーザー名・表示名・アバター）は、本サービスの他のユーザーに表示されます。コラボ動画は参加した全キャラクターのプロフィールに表示されます。

5. データの保管場所・外国にある第三者への提供

お客様のアカウントデータとコンテンツは、米国に所在する当社のクラウドホスティングプロバイダーのサーバーに保管されます。生成をリクエストした場合、プロンプトと選択されたメディアは、当社のAI生成プロバイダーが事業を行うその他の法域でも処理されることがあります。当社のユーザーは世界各地（日本、韓国、台湾、欧州を含む）にお住まいのため、お客様の情報はお客様の国外へ移転され処理されることになります。かかる移転に際して、当社は本ポリシーに沿ってお客様の情報を保護するために合理的な措置を講じます。

6. 保持と削除

お客様の情報は、アカウントが有効な間保持されます。個々のキャラクター・動画・投稿はいつでもアプリ内で削除できます。アカウント全体の削除は、アプリ内（Me → Account）または support@charago.app へのメールで行えます。削除によりアカウントデータとコンテンツは削除されますが、(a) コラボコンテンツは他の参加者のプロフィールに表示され続けることがあり、(b) 通常のバックアップには一定期間複製が残ることがあり、(c) 法令上保存が義務付けられる記録（取引記録等）は法定期間保持されます。

7. お客様の権利と選択肢

適用法に従い、お客様は、ご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、写しの提供を請求でき、また特定の処理への異議申立てや制限を求めることができます。これらの権利は、アプリ内で、または support@charago.app へのメールで行使できます。当社は適用法の定める期間内に対応します。事前に本人確認をお願いする場合があります。

日本 — 個人情報の保護に関する法律（APPI）に基づき、保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。
米国 — お住まいの州によっては、個人情報へのアクセス、削除、訂正、ポータビリティの権利を有する場合があります。当社は個人情報を販売せず、クロスコンテキスト行動広告のために共有することもないため、オプトアウトの対象はありません。

8. お子様について

本サービスは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。韓国にお住まいで14歳未満の場合は、法定代理人の同意がある場合に限り利用できます。本ポリシーに反してお子様の個人情報を収集したことが判明した場合、当社はこれを削除します。保護者の方は support@charago.app までご連絡ください。

9. セキュリティ

当社は、通信の暗号化、アクセス制御を備えた非公開ストレージ、システムおよび委託先に対する最小権限アクセスなどの措置により、お客様の情報を保護しています。ただし、いかなる送信・保存方法も完全に安全とは言えないため、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。Apple／Googleアカウントの認証情報は大切に管理してください。

10. 第三者のリンクとコミュニティ

本サービスは、当社が運営していない外部コミュニティやウェブサイト（例：当社のDiscordサーバー）へのリンクを含みます。それらのプライバシー慣行には各運営者のポリシーが適用されます。ご一読をおすすめします。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

本隱私政策說明 CharaGo 行動應用程式與 charago.app 網站的營運者（下稱「CharaGo」、「我們」）在您使用我們的 app、網站及相關服務（下稱「本服務」）時，如何收集、使用及分享您的資訊。任何隱私相關問題或請求，請聯絡 support@charago.app。使用本服務即表示您同意本政策及我們的服務條款。

2. 我們收集的資訊

帳號資訊

當您以 Apple 或 Google 登入時，我們會收到您的電子郵件地址，以及（若您選擇分享）您的姓名與大頭貼。我們會為您建立使用者 ID、使用者名稱（初始為自動產生、可更改）及顯示名稱。

您建立的內容

您上傳的角色圖片與參考照片；為生成而拍攝或選擇的照片與影片；文字提示詞；角色名稱、標語與簡介；為您生成的 AI 影片與圖片；以及您的貼文、留言、按讚、轉發、追蹤與合作邀請。若您來信客服，我們會收到郵件內容。

購買資訊

您的訂閱方案、點數餘額與點數交易紀錄（發放、消耗、退還），以及經由訂閱管理服務商處理的商店交易識別碼。付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理——我們絕不會收到或儲存您的卡片資料。

裝置與技術資訊

推播通知權杖（僅在您開啟通知時）、語言／地區設定、app 版本，以及可能包含裝置型號、作業系統版本與技術記錄的錯誤／當機報告。App 內不含任何廣告或第三方分析 SDK。我們不收集精確位置、通訊錄或廣告識別碼。

網站

若您在官網加入等候名單，我們會透過第三方表單服務收集您提交的電子郵件地址。官網使用不跨網站追蹤、無 Cookie 的隱私友善流量分析。

3. 資訊的使用方式

提供本服務——建立與儲存您的角色、影片與貼文，並營運社群動態。
生成您的內容。當您送出生成請求時，您的文字提示詞與所選媒體會分享給第三方 AI 生成服務商，僅用於產出您要求的影片或圖片。媒體以限時連結分享，於工作完成後不久即失效。
安全與內容審核——自動篩查（如關鍵字過濾）、防止濫用、執行服務條款。
付款與點數帳務——將購買、消耗與退還反映至您的餘額。
您選擇的通知——生成完成、合作邀請、按讚、留言等，每一類均可在 app 通知設定中控制。
客服與服務訊息——回覆您的來信、通知本服務的重要變更。
法令遵循——履行法律義務、保護我們與使用者的權利。

我們不出售您的個人資訊，也不將您的資訊用於第三方廣告或廣告輪廓分析。

4. 資訊的分享對象

我們僅在下列情形分享資訊：

服務供應商（受託處理者）——協助我們營運本服務的公司，僅限其功能所需範圍：雲端託管與儲存、第三方 AI 生成服務商（履行您的生成請求）、訂閱管理、推播通知遞送、錯誤回報。供應商為提供您所請求的功能而處理您的內容，其處理受各自條款與政策約束。
Apple 與 Google——用於登入與收費，適用其各自的條款與隱私政策。
其他使用者——您公開的內容（公開角色、影片與貼文，連同您的使用者名稱、顯示名稱與頭像）對本服務其他使用者可見。合作影片會顯示於所有參與角色的個人檔案。
法律與安全——法律要求時，或為保護使用者、我們或他人之權利、安全或財產之合理必要時（包括向有關機關通報兒少性剝削內容）。
事業移轉——若本服務涉及合併、收購或資產出售，您的資訊可能作為其一部分移轉；本政策將繼續適用。

5. 資料儲存地點與跨境傳輸

您的帳號資料與內容儲存於我們雲端託管服務商位於美國的伺服器。當您送出生成請求時，您的提示詞與所選媒體亦可能在我們 AI 生成服務商營運的其他法域處理。由於我們的使用者遍布全球（包括日本、韓國、台灣與歐洲），您的資訊將被傳輸至您所在國家／地區以外並在該處處理。就此類傳輸，我們會採取合理措施，依本政策保護您的資訊。

6. 保存與刪除

您的資訊於帳號有效期間保存。您可隨時在 app 內刪除個別角色、影片與貼文。您可在 app 內（Me → Account）或來信 support@charago.app 刪除整個帳號；刪除將移除您的帳號資料與內容，惟：(a) 合作內容可能仍顯示於其他參與者的個人檔案；(b) 例行備份中可能於有限期間內留有副本；(c) 法令要求保存的紀錄（如交易紀錄）將依法定期間保留。

7. 您的權利與選擇

依適用法律，您得請求查詢、更正、刪除您的個人資料或索取副本，並得就特定處理提出異議或請求限制。您可在 app 內或來信 support@charago.app 行使上述權利；我們將於適用法律要求的期間內回覆，並可能先行確認您的身分。

台灣——依個人資料保護法，您得查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集處理利用，及請求刪除您的個人資料。
美國——視您所在州別，您可能享有存取、刪除、更正及可攜權。我們不出售個人資訊，亦不為跨情境行為廣告而分享，故無需提供退出選項。
日本——依個人資訊保護法（APPI），您得請求揭露、更正、停止利用或停止向第三方提供您的保有個人資料。
韓國——依個人資訊保護法（PIPA），您得請求閱覽、更正、刪除及停止處理。
歐洲經濟區／英國（如適用）——我們基於契約履行、營運與保護本服務之正當利益，以及必要時之同意（如推播通知）處理個人資料。您享有 GDPR 之存取、更正、刪除、限制、可攜與異議權，並有權向監管機關申訴。

您亦可在 app 設定中控制通知類別、角色與影片的公開設定（公開／私人）及語言。

8. 兒童

本服務不以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象，我們亦不會故意收集未滿 13 歲兒童的個人資訊。若您居住於韓國且未滿 14 歲，須經法定代理人同意方可使用。若我們發現違反本政策收集了兒童個人資訊，將予以刪除。家長或監護人可聯絡 support@charago.app。

9. 安全

我們以傳輸加密、具存取控制的私有儲存、對系統與供應商採最小權限存取等措施保護您的資訊。惟任何傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全——請妥善保管您的 Apple／Google 帳號憑證。

10. 第三方連結與社群

本服務連結至非由我們營運的外部社群與網站（例如我們的 Discord 伺服器）。其隱私作法適用各自的政策，建議您閱讀。

11. 本政策的變更

我們可能不時更新本政策。更新版本將連同新生效日期發布於本頁；重大變更將於合理期間前在 app 內或網站上另行通知。

1. Introducción

Esta Política de Privacidad explica cómo el operador de la aplicación móvil CharaGo y del sitio web charago.app ("CharaGo", "nosotros", "nuestro") recopila, utiliza y comparte información sobre usted cuando usa nuestra app, sitio web y servicios relacionados (el "Servicio"). Para cualquier pregunta o solicitud sobre privacidad, contáctenos en support@charago.app. Al usar el Servicio, usted acepta esta Política y nuestros Términos de Servicio.

2. Información que recopilamos

Información de cuenta

Cuando inicia sesión con Apple o Google, recibimos su dirección de correo electrónico y, si los comparte, su nombre y foto de perfil. Creamos para usted un ID de usuario, un nombre de usuario (generado automáticamente al principio y modificable) y un nombre visible.

Contenido que usted crea

Las imágenes de personajes y fotos de referencia que sube; las fotos y vídeos que captura o selecciona para la generación; sus indicaciones de texto (prompts); los nombres, lemas y biografías de personajes; los vídeos e imágenes generados por IA para usted; y sus publicaciones, comentarios, me gusta, republicaciones, seguimientos y solicitudes de colaboración. Si escribe a soporte, recibimos el contenido de su mensaje.

Información de compras

Su plan de suscripción, saldo de créditos e historial de transacciones de créditos (asignaciones, consumos, reembolsos), junto con identificadores de transacción de la tienda procesados a través de nuestro proveedor de gestión de suscripciones. Los pagos los procesan Apple o Google — nunca recibimos ni almacenamos los datos de su tarjeta.

Información técnica y del dispositivo

Un token de notificaciones push (solo si activa las notificaciones), su idioma/región, la versión de la app e informes de errores o fallos que pueden incluir el modelo del dispositivo, la versión del sistema operativo y registros técnicos. La app no contiene SDK de publicidad ni de analítica de terceros. No recopilamos ubicación precisa, contactos ni identificadores publicitarios.

Sitio web

Si se une a la lista de espera en nuestro sitio web, recopilamos la dirección de correo electrónico que envía a través de un servicio de formularios de terceros. Nuestro sitio web utiliza analítica de tráfico respetuosa con la privacidad y sin cookies, que no le rastrea entre sitios.

3. Cómo usamos la información

Para prestar el Servicio — crear y almacenar sus personajes, vídeos y publicaciones, y operar el feed de la comunidad.
Para generar su contenido. Cuando solicita una generación, su indicación de texto y los medios seleccionados se comparten con proveedores externos de generación por IA únicamente para producir el vídeo o la imagen que usted pidió. Los medios se comparten mediante enlaces de duración limitada que caducan poco después de completarse el trabajo.
Seguridad y moderación — filtrado automatizado (como filtros de palabras clave), prevención de abusos y aplicación de nuestros Términos.
Pagos y contabilidad de créditos — aplicar compras, consumos y reembolsos a su saldo.
Notificaciones que usted elige — avisos de generación completada, solicitudes de colaboración, me gusta, comentarios y similares, cada uno controlable en los ajustes de notificaciones de la app.
Soporte y mensajes del servicio — responderle e informarle de cambios importantes del Servicio.
Cumplimiento legal — cumplir nuestras obligaciones legales y proteger nuestros derechos y los de nuestros usuarios.

No vendemos su información personal ni la utilizamos para publicidad de terceros o elaboración de perfiles publicitarios.

4. Cómo compartimos la información

Compartimos información únicamente según se describe aquí:

Proveedores de servicios (encargados) — empresas que nos ayudan a operar el Servicio, limitadas a lo que necesitan para su función: alojamiento y almacenamiento en la nube; proveedores externos de generación por IA (para atender sus solicitudes de generación); gestión de suscripciones; entrega de notificaciones push; e informes de errores. Los proveedores procesan su contenido para prestar la función que usted solicitó, y su procesamiento está sujeto a sus propios términos y políticas.
Apple y Google — para el inicio de sesión y la facturación, conforme a sus propios términos y políticas de privacidad.
Otros usuarios — el contenido que usted hace público (personajes, vídeos y publicaciones públicos, junto con su nombre de usuario, nombre visible y avatar) es visible para otros usuarios del Servicio. Los vídeos de colaboración aparecen en los perfiles de todos los personajes participantes.
Legal y seguridad — cuando lo exija la ley o sea razonablemente necesario para proteger los derechos, la seguridad o la propiedad de nuestros usuarios, de nosotros mismos o de terceros (incluida la denuncia a las autoridades de material de abuso sexual infantil).
Transferencias empresariales — si el Servicio participa en una fusión, adquisición o venta de activos, su información podrá transferirse como parte de la operación; esta Política seguirá aplicándose.

5. Dónde se almacenan sus datos; transferencias internacionales

Los datos de su cuenta y su contenido se almacenan en los servidores de nuestro proveedor de alojamiento en la nube ubicados en Estados Unidos. Cuando solicita una generación, su indicación y los medios seleccionados pueden procesarse además en otras jurisdicciones donde operan nuestros proveedores de generación por IA. Dado que nuestros usuarios se encuentran en todo el mundo (incluidos Japón, Corea, Taiwán y Europa), esto significa que su información se transfiere y procesa en países distintos del suyo. Cuando se producen dichas transferencias, adoptamos medidas razonables destinadas a proteger su información conforme a esta Política.

6. Conservación y eliminación

Conservamos su información mientras su cuenta esté activa. Puede eliminar personajes, vídeos y publicaciones individuales en la app en cualquier momento. Puede eliminar su cuenta completa en la app (Me → Account) o escribiendo a support@charago.app; la eliminación borra los datos y el contenido de su cuenta, salvo que (a) el contenido de colaboraciones pueda seguir visible en los perfiles de los demás participantes, (b) puedan persistir copias en copias de seguridad rutinarias durante un período limitado, y (c) los registros que debamos conservar por ley (por ejemplo, registros de transacciones) se mantengan durante el período legalmente exigido.

7. Sus derechos y opciones

Con arreglo a la ley aplicable, puede solicitar el acceso, la corrección, la eliminación o una copia de su información personal, así como oponerse a determinados tratamientos o pedir su restricción. Puede ejercer estos derechos en la app o escribiendo a support@charago.app; responderemos dentro del plazo exigido por la ley aplicable y es posible que antes debamos verificar su identidad.

Estados Unidos — según su estado, puede tener derechos de acceso, eliminación, corrección y portabilidad. No vendemos información personal ni la compartimos para publicidad conductual entre contextos, por lo que no hay nada de lo que excluirse.
Japón — conforme a la APPI, puede solicitar la divulgación, corrección, cese de uso o cese de la provisión a terceros de sus datos personales retenidos.
Corea — conforme a la PIPA, puede solicitar acceso, corrección, eliminación y suspensión del tratamiento.
Taiwán — conforme a la Ley de Protección de Datos Personales, puede consultar, revisar, obtener copia, complementar, corregir o eliminar sus datos, o pedir que dejemos de tratarlos.
EEE / Reino Unido (cuando proceda) — tratamos datos personales sobre las bases jurídicas de la ejecución del contrato, nuestro interés legítimo en operar y proteger el Servicio, y el consentimiento cuando se requiera (por ejemplo, notificaciones push). Usted tiene los derechos del RGPD de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición, y el derecho a reclamar ante su autoridad de control.

También puede controlar las categorías de notificaciones, la visibilidad de personajes y vídeos (público/privado) y el idioma en los ajustes de la app.

8. Menores

El Servicio no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recopilamos a sabiendas información personal de menores de 13 años. Si reside en Corea y es menor de 14 años, solo puede usar el Servicio con el consentimiento de su tutor legal. Si descubrimos que hemos recopilado información personal de un menor en contra de esta Política, la eliminaremos. Los padres o tutores pueden contactarnos en support@charago.app.

9. Seguridad

Protegemos su información con medidas que incluyen el cifrado en tránsito, almacenamiento privado con controles de acceso y acceso de privilegio mínimo para nuestros sistemas y proveedores. Ningún método de transmisión o almacenamiento es completamente seguro, por lo que no podemos garantizar una seguridad absoluta; mantenga a salvo las credenciales de su cuenta de Apple/Google.

10. Enlaces y comunidades de terceros

El Servicio enlaza a comunidades y sitios externos que no operamos — por ejemplo, nuestro servidor de Discord. Sus prácticas de privacidad se rigen por sus propias políticas, que le animamos a leer.

11. Cambios en esta Política

Podemos actualizar esta Política periódicamente. Publicaremos la versión actualizada aquí con una nueva fecha de entrada en vigor y, en caso de cambios sustanciales, avisaremos además en la app o en el sitio web con antelación razonable.
